Job Description

  • Responsible for managing end to end Quality which includes- Telephonic Back checks, Personal Back checks, Audio checks, real-time monitoring , data quality analysis, setting up of quality matrix for projects and evaluating research designs and methodologies.
  • Responsible for taking decisions on overall data quality of a project using his discretion along with facts of IQC, Command Center and line function findings.
  • Responsible for managing quality with technology tools through Command Center .
  • Responsible for achieving all Quality KPIs across projection
  • Proactive in sensing quality issues and immediately communicating with concerned stake holders so that remedial actions can be taken within Project Field work.
  • Supporting field teams and client service team in achieving data quality goals by providing QC findings
  • Recommending training and recruitment of QC associates and field executive.
  • Introducing Digitalization in QC processes to improve efficiency and better data quality.
  • Managing the Data quality Analysis team to achieve quality .
Primary Qualities Required:
  • No less than 10-12 years of work experience in leading a quality team with 5 years in survey research industry
  • Hands-on experience in managing and deploying technology related projects and new initiatives
  • Master preferred or Bachelor degree in management with outstanding analytical expertise and strong technical leadership.
  • Understanding of Six Sigma tools & Lean methodologies to improve quality
  • Proficient with new era technologies in monitoring field work quality in market research
  • Strong ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple way.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Team player
  • Sound understanding of Market Research concepts
  • Working knowledge of research techniques and methodologies
  • Ability to co-ordinate and drive communication with relevant stakeholders ( Quality, IT, CS, CHD etc) to achieve targets.
