    • Support the implementation and delivery of governance requirements relating to the Group Screening Standards (GSS) and the Group Transaction Monitoring Standards (GTMS).
    Business
    • Support relevant stakeholders to make decisions based on current and possible future policies, practices, and trends.
    • Be aware of application of regulatory expectations, laws, best practices and policies related to FCSO.
    • Maintain good working relationships with the various Business Units in FCSO as well as Group Business and Product Owners and Group Risk Owners
    • Undertake ad-hoc duties when delegated by Line Manager
    Processes
    • Support the design and documentation the processes for creation of packs for FCSO Business Review Meetings (BRMs) relating to Screening and Monitoring
    • Compile the BRMs pack material and standardize the data where necessary
    • Support the review of the template and manage the changes agreed with the FCSO Screening and Monitoring teams
    • Document meeting minutes and actions following the BRMs, track all actions to closure
    • Review the material submitted for completeness, reaching out to the appropriate parties when required
    • Maintain the BRM related documents on Bridge, upload all related material in a timely manner
    People and Talent
    • Provide effective orientation /guidance to new Joiners on the bank s policies/procedures/processes to ensure their successful assimilation into the team and the bank
    • Develop and implement a personal learning plan with team manager, to attain necessary competencies
    • Successfully complete milestones as laid out in implemented personal learning plan
    Governance
    • Support the implementation of the GSS and GTMS governance models
    • Ensure on-going/BAU compliance of the governance requirements relating to FCSO in the GSS and GTMS governance models
    • Track any GSS or GTMS governance related dispensation(s) and ensure these are taken into account when the governance is followed
    • Maintain all governance related documents in a central location and ensure all approvals are available for audit/assurance reviews
    • Support the design and implementation formal process documentation for annual review of GSMs and implementation of on-going business/function requirements
    • Ensure that all documents for which the role holder is responsible are maintained and up to date and centrally located
    Regulatory & Business Conduct
    • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group s Values and Code of Conduct.
    • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
    • Lead the Global FCSO team to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank s Conduct Principles: Fair Outcomes for Clients; Effective Operation of Financial Markets; Financial Crime Prevention; The Right Environment Effectively
    • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
