Job Description

    This role is part project management for FM s primary analytics platform and part strategy to develop new digital ways of working. As the PM the individual will drive organization and communication across the project and will be responsible for keeping the project on schedule. The individual will work closely with front-line business users to understand new requirements, manage the feedback process, relaying that feedback to the Head of the FMIU and the development teams. In addition to pure project management, the PM will also work closely with the Head of the FMIU on the adoption and user experience strategies for the tool. While focused on strategy, the individual will work across internal data and third-party data to draw insights to drive sales across geography, product and client type. Responsibilities:
    • Establish an operating rhythm for the project using industry standard application lifecycle management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
    • Manage all project communication with regular reporting to stakeholders
    • Partner with technology to solution frontline development requests
    • Effectively manage quickly changing demands and competing deadlines
    • Partner with key stakeholders to implement data and digitalization strategies for FM
    • Perform in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
    Experience
    • 5 to 7 years experience working in Project Manager, Business Analyst COO type role in a complex organisation (Finance experience preferred)
    • Expertise with Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket) or similar project management software
    • Interested in project management principles, concepts, practices, and standards to delivery
    • Familiarity working with different types of client data and an understanding of how these can be used to enhance the sales process
