Job Description

Responsible for developing and updating the core customer-focused & Patient-Centric capability building curriculum while leading the People Excellence team.Build and drive OD initiatives to drive the organization culture at Roche IndiaServe as a coach, change agent, trainer, and mentor for team members, communities, states on Quantum principlesExperience working in an organisation that has adopted agile methodologies and ways of working would be a significant advantage.Partner with value creation team and medical team and other cross-functional groups to design, develop and launch comprehensive training materialsBuild coaching capabilities of leaders and trainers by attending their coaching dialogues and providing feedback.Provide opportunities to the trainers to conduct training sessions and facilitate them playing key roles in centrally driven organizational initiatives like AKS project, coaching workshop, etcPartner with our leaders to ensure training adoption contributes to consistent achievement of patient goalsDetermine training needs by observing interdepartmental and customer interactions, studying results reports, and conferring with leadership.Functional CompetenciesExperience in building and delivering OD interventionDesign and delivery of training contentUnderstanding of technology and tools in learning environmentAbility to adapt to constantly changing environmentBehavioral Competencies:Exhibition of RLCs and RCVsExhibition of Quantum selfStrong communication skillsLeadership through inspiring and influencingStrong teamwork and collaboration skillsSelf-starter with an independent working style and ability to learn fastStrong analytical skills and ability to connect the dots and turn data into insightsStrong Communication including listeningTeam-player and collaboratorAbility to inspire and influenceHighest levels of integrity, values and ethics,
