To us, that speaks volume.ABOUT THIS ROLEAmazon Development Center (India) (ADCI) Private Limited is seeking a passionate and experienced Production leader to support Studios for Audible offerings in India, and to help manage all aspects of Studio Production largely focused on author-led content and publishing efforts. This role is located in Mumbai. For ADCI, you will support the Audible Studios lead based in Singapore to manage all aspects of studios production in India in an organized and efficient manner. You will help to optimize processes with 3rd party vendors, scale production efforts across regional languages, localize global content, and help to oversee end-to-end production of author-led content and audiobooks. ABOUT YOU You will help to bring the editorial to life with your production expertise. Your scope of work ranges from ensuring we have the right narrator casting for a given audiobook or author-lead content, ensuring quality translations for localization efforts, to supporting Audible s studio partners on production and delivery ensuring optimal performance and quality so that studio productions are completed on time, within budget, and to agreed artistic and technical standard. You will help to grow the network of partners in India, and work with Production Ops to onboard them within Studios guidelines. You will help to build successful relationships with voice talents, agents, studio partners, language translators, script editors, sound engineers, sound designers, producers, and directors. And will help to shape production standards and best practices for all studio productions.Key job responsibilitiesAs a Associate Director, Production Support, you will. Help to expand the existing network of narrators, talents, studio partners, translators, sound engineers, sound designers, script editors, producers and directors in India. Curate and update database regularly Work with IN Content acquisition team for both Audible Studios and Original Publishing during ideation phase of audio projects, to assist aligning on production and programming requirements Help to identify the right vendor and external studios for each job Support and assist with production budgets, define milestones schedule, and work with production ops on timelines to meet programming needs Oversee the scheduling of production and track production outputs against timeline and readiness date Track titles against budget Create project folders, upload and update all project files and production documents on Work Docs Help to drive and optimise production workflows with external partners, and provide support in managing partner relationships and producer oversight of casting, recording and post-production
• Provide inputs on single and multi-voice casting
• Evaluate narration samples for accent and performance
• Schedule talent and studios for recording
• Provide support to prepare scripts and talent for recordings
• Coordinate post-production, including music and sound design
• Provide inputs during audio reviews, gather internal and legal feedback
• Gather external approvals where required
• Maintain product records in Zoho and update all relevant teams on progress
• Coordinate with legal/production ops on contracts for vendors and external partners
• Coordinate and support content acquisition and marketing team with asset creation as required
• Liaise between studio partners and CLC team on all post production back-end needs & requirements, reviews and delivery
Coordinate audio test/review for new studio partners as necessary Keeping up to date with Audible Studios guidelines, technical specifications, and legal compliances Ensure all vendors and studio partners have requisition forms, making sure they know how to submit forms, prep material and follow Audible Studios protocol Help to shape production standards and best practices for all studio productions. Ensure high editorial standards at all time Other duties as assigned,
• Intermediate to advanced Hindi language skills
• Extensive experience working within a media production environment, or post production facilities
• Good experience working with various regional languages
• Highly experience in project-flow management is required
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and communications skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
