Associate Director/Sr. Manager - Performance Marketing- Looking for experienced Performance Marketing - Associate Director who has experience in SEM/SMM to generate high-quality prospects seeking executive education programs offered by us.- He/she is expected to leverage his skills to control CAC and generate a robust leads pipeline for conversion.- The ideal candidate should have experience in leading a team nurturing and conversion of leads for Open programs, tasks may include the following:Must-Have skills:1. Lead generation2. Affiliate marketing3. Influencer marketing4. Video ads5. Mobile advertising - Inmobi etcJob description:a) Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan.b) Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaignsc) Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC.d) Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & social media channelse) Identifying and testing new channels, A/B testing, GA dashboard, heat maps, Keyword researchf) Experience managing digital, creative and social media agenciesg) Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.,
