Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of CRB (Corporate Risk and Broking) Tech Programs and Projects (as applicable to Mumbai or globally) by ensuring appropriate Project Management practices, program reporting and project governance guidelines are followed.
  • Assume responsibility for delivery and governance of assigned projects/programs and drive ownership for issue resolution and mitigate risks that impede progress.
  • Play a key role in hiring, coaching, mentoring the CRB Technology Program Management Mumbai team, to ensure CRB gets the highest level of quality deliverables and everyone is aligned to achieve a common objective with focus on delivery (Business Analysts, Project Managers, and PMO Analysts)
  • Work with business leaders to address technology requirements via the Business Engagement channel and appropriate requirements are progressed up to concept and pipeline stage.
  • Partner with business operations to identify areas of operational efficiency and be able to execute identified IT solutions or associated automation opportunities.
  • Support CRB Vendor management and associated governance. (Financial and operational management of processes for PO s, Work order, change request, invoicing, resource and access management)
  • Collaborate with IT service partners where required
, Minimum Bachelor s / Engineering degree in IT related subject.
