Providing timely inputs for weekly and monthly HR dashboards. Overseeing and assisting with creation of HR dashboards & reports. Partnering with all business leaders in the location and working with them to ensure employee grievances are addressed and employee morale is high. Effectively delivering HR operational processes induction, employee relations, employee engagement activities, exit formalities, full and final accounting, attendance monitoring. Ensuring all the internal audit requirements are met. Support HR Manager in Inducting new members of staff and providing on- going support. Acting as the second point of contact for all HR queries and issues. Supporting HR Manager in driving employee engagement activities, thereby gathering pulse of all staff in the location and working with Dept heads to resolve issues. Driving timely confirmations process for staff. Report regularly on various activities to the HR Manager. Candidate Specification Candidate should be a graduate with 1- 3 years of relevant experience and must be soft spoken with good verbal and written communication skills. Must have computer and email knowledge. Positive Energetic work attitude. Timely and effective communication is a must (English reading and writing). Working knowledge of MS Office, Emailing, internet browsing, scanning etc. Understands supports and lives and breathes the Company s vision, mission and values. Demonstrates a sound knowledge of the customers business and requirements. Understands the internal dependencies between departments, internal customers, who rely on their output. Formulates and understands clients and/ or partner s concerns and requirements. Develops strategies and solutions collaboratively with the project team. Effectively communicates changing customer requirements to all team members and customers for consideration. Has good written and spoken English and communicates in a clear, concise and logical manner. Uses only English to communicate with fellow colleagues. Uses body language and voice modulation to sustain interest and emphasize points. Uses standard formats for all forms of communications, emails, reports etc wherever available. Analyses problems by recognizing component parts of a situation. Attempts to anticipate obstacles and think ahead.Understands the facts by asking relevant questions before making a decision. Commits to a course of action within the necessary time frame.,
