Job Description

    Associate- We are looking out for Associate to join our expanding Investment Banking team which support global investment banks and private equity funds. The role will have exposure to a broad spectrum of work across public and private equity investment process. - At Jean Martin, you will have a unique opportunity to work on qualitative and quantitative research using new age data science tools that forms the DNA of our company.- You would be working in a dynamic and fast paced work environment, catering to the research needs of investment banks, private equity funds, hedge funds, venture capitalists etc.- You should possess strong analytical and communication skills, strong work ethics, be self-driven and work fairly independently.Responsibilities:- Prepare deal pitch-decks based on quantitative and qualitative metrics, ad hoc industry studies, trading and M&A comps, buyers list, etc. for global M&A deals- Prepare robust financial and valuation models for public and private equity investments (M&A, LBO etc.)- Conduct in-depth industry and company research to generate insightful research ideas and identify the key trends and investment opportunities- Write qualitative research reports on company and industry including thematic notes, company initiation notes, earnings note and events based notes in a timely manner- Communicate with senior portfolio managers / investment bankers and help them on live deals - Support on deal execution and related work Requirements:- 4 to 8 years of post-qualification experience in Investment Banking domain- MBA/CA/CFA from a reputed institute with a good academic record- Should possess excellent oral and written communication skills- Should be a proactive and quick learner, detail oriented and drive to deliver results in a fast paced environment- Strong motivation to learn and manage projects independently,
