The candidate will be required to assist in all legal matters that the firm is handling as well as client relations. Specifically roles and responsibilities will inter alia include: 1. Corporate documentation: Drafting Term Sheet , MOU , Shareholders and Share Purchase Agreements and other incidental documents. 2. M&A due diligence and execution. 3. Corporate and Compliance Advisory 4. Contract Management: Assist in negotiation , structuring and documentation of various contracts viz. Franchisee & Distributor Agreement , Supplier Agreement , Service Agreement etc. 5. Advisory and Compliance: Assist in providing legal opinion of various Corporate Law , Sectoral Laws and Labour laws. 6. Participate and contribute in knowledge management & drafting various articles on the recent legal updates from time to time. 7. Practice area specialization required: Corporate laws advisory (Company laws , FEMA , Securities laws) Commercial laws 8. Handling Corporate advisory work. 9. Commercial drafting experience 10. Understanding of Company law. 11. Exposure to corporate law , commercial drafting , due - diligence , commercial litigation , compliance. 5. 12. Microsoft word , Excel and Power Point Presentations,
