  • Increasing the number of tie ups with colleges/universities/corporates through learning partners and ultimately contribute to new student registrations.
  • Increase in the number of re-sellers who can help us get new student registrations.
  • Increase the PCG sales through channel partners
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
  • Initiate meetings with decision makers of respective colleges/universities/channel/tuition partners and resellers to talk about collaboration with CIMA.
  • Conduct presentation with new and existing accounts to ensure CIMA is the qualification of choice for employers, graduates and students. Generate student registrations, maintain prospect records, categorize hot and warm prospects and follow up on prospects to ensure conversion by telecalls and email notifications.
  • Work closely with National Manager on all business development activities including follow up activities with respective channel in India.
  • Promote the qualification amongst all channel partners through the FLP, PCG and other models.
  • Keep in touch with all accounts to create brand awareness.
  • Support the accounts in terms of any branding activities required for promotion of CIMA qualification and AICPA products
  • Conduct online/offline seminars, business games and events to create interest in students to join the qualification.
  • Plan and implement thought leadership programmes and branding associated exercises.
  • Manage and maintain mutual relationships with partners. Keep regular follow up with them to make sure that they are delivering what they need to.
  • Keep them up to date with important deadlines and dates, arrange for regular meetings with students and provide notification of important changes.
  • Perform other relevant duties as required.
  • Display the Association behaviours at all times.
AdditionalAccountabilities & Responsibilities for B2B Universtity
  • Drive universities and general market s activities in India to achieve CIMA s KPIs in line with long-term strategy.
  • Pitch to potential universities including VCs, deans, HODs and senior lecturers as well as the general market through understanding the key business and CIMA s added value to the organisation.
  • Work closely with the University marketing teams to plan joint activities to promote CIMA and FLP.
  • Work closely with internal marketing team to execute the above activities.
  • Conduct analysis of on-going market and competitors to gauge positioning of CIMA in the market.
, *Required Experience & Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in related field
  • Experience in presenting to cross section of audience
  • At least 4-8year(s) working experiences in Business Development.
  • Proven advanced level of consultative sales experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and related country language
  • Experience in education industry and selling careers to students is an added advantage.
