Job Description

    Requirements :
    • Should have Basic understanding of networking concepts
    • Should be able to gather customers technical information over chat/email, analyse and help with a resolution via knowledge base/articles.
    • Should have knowledge in LAN,VAN, WIFI, PAN.Metropolitan area network, or MAN.Wide area network, or WAN.CNN
    • Should haveExcellent Communication Skills
    • Should beBachelors/Masters Degree in the field of Engineering/Computer Science/IT.
    • Should be flexible to work in night shifts
    • Freshers or candidates with 6 months of experience can apply
    Shift timings 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.Transport Boundaries Mumbai(ONLY FROM WESTERN LINE)Transport Facilities Pickup and Drop will be provided for night shiftSalary Range Upto 3.25 LPA - 4.5 LPAWeekly Off 2 rotational week-offsAge Upto 25 yearsContact No : hidden_mobile
