Skilled in follow - ups for Tracking and maintaining Last Mile delivery predefined TAT. Follow - up and Order Processing for Partners with End to End coordination. After - sales support and service for Customer s / Partner s & KSP s Dispute Management : Monitoring & Handling Partner Disputes and deviations. Partner SOP Management : Monitoring & Managing SOP and process changes for Partner and process deviation. Distributor / Vendor Management : Provide support for Distributors / Vendor s , Coordinate with Distributors for follow - ups and Query resolution. MIS Reports : Competent in (MS Office) MS Word , MS Excel / Google sheet , etc. The Ideal Candidate : Work Experience : 2+ years of experience in a supply chain and logistics environment. Must demonstrate skills for Last Mile delivery coordination of products and services to the rural communities in India. Must demonstrate a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills to Manage Distributor s / Partner s Internal & External Teams. Analytical Skills with competency in ERP , Excel / Google Sheets and other analytical tools. Graduate , MBA , B. Science / Master s degree in Logistics , Supply Chain Management or equivalent. An adept communicator who has the ability to clearly explain complex issues to internal & external parties. Open to travel 15% of the time. Demonstrates humility. Is passionate about working with rural , off - grid consumers and resolving their issues. Is driven by the social mission to provide energy to consumers and employment to rural communities. Should be a value - driven individual.,
