Supports initiatives related to A&R , marketing , partnerships and live in South Asia.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Assisting A&R Manager in developing and identifying South Asian artists with potential to have a global reach , keeping in mind AO s vision and goalTracking growth/ stream count on a weekly basis for all AO releasesMaintaining the AO demo mastersheet & responding to all demo submissionsUpdating assets and organising spreadsheets in the AO Drive & release calendarEstablishing relationships with artists , managers , graphic designers , filmmakers , booking agentsProviding operational support for releases in a timely and organised manner to legal and finance teamAssisting the marketing team to strategize on pre & post - release plans via optimal media promotions , user - generated content , sync deals , blogger outreachAssisting brand solutions and sales to ideate on concepts , ensuring deliverables are executed , provide information for post analysisBooking studio sessions for artists , organising demo listening sessions for marketing and editorial teamsAttending gigs/ concerts around the country to scout for new talentBENEFITS AND PERKS:At JioSaavn , we blur work and play , and you get all the perks of a global company.
