Emphasis is given on the responsibility to be able to ensure that the clients are able to use the products thoroughly and effectively. Most support is through remote access and at times on -site meetings as well.Desired Profile:Basic knowledge of SQL, Operating systems, Server management. Networking knowledge will be an advantage.Prior experience in technical support or a IT related field is required.Knowledge of testing processes and tools. Knowledge of remote desktop.Ability to build and maintain relations with clients and manage clients.Will need to travel at times to client location for meetings etc.Required Skills:Ability to understand products, gain domain knowledge, be able to understand client issues and provide the most effective solution.Be able to ensure that the clients are maximising usage of the products,
