Job Description

Job Summary To handle receipts & application of premiums & fees received from client for onward forwarding of premiums to Carriers / Brokers. Also book the commissions received from carriers / brokers for Direct bill contracts, where WTW receives the commission for placing the business with the Carriers.Principal Duties/Responsibilities Allocations of funds (checks or wires) received from client, broker or insurance company by researching relevant payment information received.Booking of Direct bill commissions against relevant client/policy in the system on basis of documentation received from Insurance companies.Timely clearance of return commissions to carriers to avoid any potential penaltiesHandling Intercompany Reconciliation by liaising with field offices and other WTW locations.Liaise with client managers and carriers for resolving discrepancies and unallocated cash.Bi-weekly review of open ledgers and perform write-offs, offsets, etc. as per the accounting guidelinesTimely and effective responses to all queries, requests, corrections, etc. received from field offices/carriers in centralized agency mailboxes.Following SOPs, Client / Carrier specifications and adherence of all statutory requirements.Ensure ongoing, effective relationships with stakeholders (Internal/external).Deliver as per defined KPIs for the role - Maintain Quality and Turnaround standards.Understanding of upstream and downstream processes.Top 5 Competencies Business CommunicationAnalytical SkillsCreative and Logical ThinkingEye for detailTime managementRequired Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge, Experience Qualifications: Graduate/Post GraduateSkills:
