ROLE: Primary point of contact for JioSaavn s Advertisers in the Vertical Primary point of contact for media buyers and agencies Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower direct reports and colleagues to achieve or exceed objectives with a team oriented approach RESPONSIBILITIES: Conceptualize digital sales strategies and solutions to address clients challenges Pitch, close and manage deals with major brand advertisers Respond to agency Requests for Proposal (RFPs) Forecast revenue objectives through proper account management Present and negotiate deal- terms to senior decision makers Stay on top of the trends in a rapidly changing media market and clients industries Proven and consistent track record of executing against an aggressive growth strategy and contributing to client revenue growth rates above expectations, Use both qualitative and quantitative research to support benefits of brands associating with JioSaavn Manage accounts to achieve individual goals as well as team goal Identify market opportunities for strategic areas of growth/ key brands resulting in additional revenue Manage key executive relationships across specific Brands and Agencies Identify incremental revenue opportunities and scale accordingly and ensure Clients investment targets are met or exceeded Partner with Client s media and creative agencies to ensure synergies, collaboration and trusting relationships are established REQUIREMENTS: MBA Degree or equivalent in work experience Minimum of 8- 10 years experience in interactive ad sales with a track record of successfully managing client relations Must have a strong rolodex of relationships with agencies and clients Skill set must include fluency in solution selling, pricing, inventory control, brand building, etc. Cultivate positive business relationships with clients and sales, advertising, graphic design, sales research, and technical teams Have the ability and willingness to prospect, negotiate, and close deals Have a sound understanding of current online advertising trends and various advertising metrics Excellent client service and verbal and written communication skills; results driven with strong analytical skills Knowledge of Programmatic Media Buying BENEFITS AND PERKS: At JioSaavn, we blur work and play, and you get all the perks of a global company.
