Designation- Associate Vice-President- Corporate Legal Effectively draft, review and provide legal advice on commercial and legal documents focus on M&A, private equity, corporate restructuring and corporate and commercial transactions. Term Sheets, Shareholders Agreements, Share Subscription Agreements, Investment Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, Convertible Note Agreements etc. Assisting in vetting of security documents for working capital facilities sanctioned by Bank.
