Job Description

    *Role Responsibilities Strategy

    • Responsible for executing and supervising project requirements, analysis and devising business solution, and documentation and implementation of same.

    • Ensure ongoing training and development of the skills required for the role are updated.
    Risk Management
    • The ability to interpret the project s related risks, identify key issues based on this information and put in place appropriate controls and measures.

    • Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role.
    Regulatory and Business Conduct
    • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group s Values and Code of Conduct.
    • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
    • Lead the assigned project team] to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank s Conduct Principles: [Fair Outcomes for Clients; Effective Financial Markets; Financial Crime Compliance; The Right Environment].
    • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

    Other Responsibilities
    • Stakeholder management.
    • Coming up with detailed project schedule.
    • Managing and coordination with interface team(s).
    • Causing the removal of impediments to the Scrum Team s progress.
    • Helping the Scrum Team focus on creating high-value Increments that meet the Definition of Done.
    • Ensuring that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox.
    • Helping find techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management.
    • Helping the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items.
    • Facilitating stakeholder collaboration as requested or needed.
    • Leading, training, and coaching the organization in its Scrum adoption.
    • Planning and advising Scrum implementations within the organization.
    • Removing barriers between stakeholders and Scrum Teams.
