Job Description

    Role : Associate Vice President / Senior Manager - Employee Relations - IT / ITeS / BPO Location : Gurgaon / Mumbai / Bangalore / Hyderabad Job Summary: Support Regional HR Teams, offer knowledge as subject matter expert for all HR policies. Support Regional HR teams, in managing sensitive employee situations and to review instances of employee misconduct, including investigating and recommending disciplinary action. Responsible for the delivery and deployment of ER programs. The Individual will drive the transformational ER projects in alignment with the ER agenda. The role involves end to end program management, change management, stakeholder management as well as related internal and external communication.Lead HR policies, POSH program and Culture strategy for the organisation Policies: 1. Design and implement Policies strategy and act as policy counsel and subject matter expert2. Strong knowledge of market trends, best practices and legal development to continuously evolve the policies landscape 3. Work with internal stakeholders to design and implement new policies4. Lead a team of policies experts 5. Ensure effective communication of HR policies to employees and externally POSH Program: 1. Define and manage overall execution plan of POSH program including compliance2. Review data trend to identify focus areas and create communication strategy 3. Work with legal to understand the approach to be followed in managing complex cases4. Ensure compliance to timelines, documentation and other important requirements as per ACT5. Lead internal and external audits6. Lead the team of POSH experts and support them to implement the program 7. Conduct Leadership connects and ensure regular governance Culture (Conduct Counts) Program lead: 1. Formulation of Culture strategy aligned to the business and overall HR strategy.2. Define and manage programs, create initiatives and plans for the deployment of Culture strategy3. Assess current capabilities and culture of the organization and identify gaps that must be addressed4. Oversee and monitor the implementation of the overall strategy5. Ensure, through deep data analysis and research, that strategy is coherent and aligned to business needs6. Translating the global culture strategy into the Regional priorities 7. Shape local solutions to distill the core values and culture we aspire for8. Create and Mobilize people advocate network to drive culture change ,
