    Position: Associate Vice President / Vice President Experience: Min 10 years CTC: 18 to 25 lpa (will be discussed in the interview) Location: Mumbai/Bangalore Preference: candidates from the Fintech industry with good experience in payment card solutionPG / MBA (Marketing/Sales ) from a reputed InstituteShould have experience of 10-15 years in sales in Corporate Sales in Management and Development out of which 8 years must be in Fintech/Banks /ITES/Software Sales. Mandatory experience in Corporate Customer Acquisition. A dynamic business leader is responsible for P&L with a proven ability to recognize, analyze, and take action on go-to-market approaches. Good leadership traits with a flair for independent working. Cross-functional influence, relationship building, and project management skills.Department: SalesRole: Zonal Sales Head B2B2CReporting to: Chief Business Officer (CBO) Reportees: Sales & Business Development Manager/ExecutiveJob Summary: This position will be responsible for driving team for top line growth and P&L. The incumbent is responsible for devising strategies for the development and growth of the Business in the following: Fintech Banks Corporate Clients, The leader should work in a highly collaborative and team-oriented environment with the aim of enabling the Sales Force in acquiring new business as well as implementing key interventions for the growth of the P&L. The person will also establish stringent Reviews to ensure that Sales Force is aligned on key performance metrics/goals for the business. Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Strategy and Scale-up: Responsible for devising an effective strategy to onboard and scale up existing and new Customers
    • Target Delivery: Responsible for driving numbers in all the above business lines in the region,
    • Responsible for meeting the daily target.
    • Maintain market intelligence on competitor activity and provide inputs to Management about any gaps in our product offering
    • Process and Compliance for Customers: Ensure Full KYC is done for all Customers
    • Retention and Engagement of Customers: Develop and own a sales engagement plan
    • Ensure that all the Customers are engaged and doing minimum transactions in the month.
    People Responsibilities: Be part of the recruiting process for hiring new talent. Monitoring and assessing performance and productivity of all team members reporting into the role. Training, developing, and guiding team members reporting into the role. Feedback Mechanism: To provide feedback to the Senior Management on all the activities of self, team and seek advice for continuous improvement.
