Job Description

    1. Good knowledge of CIVIL Engineering works Like conventional RCC Buildings, Bitumen / RCC Roads & Infra structure works.
    2. Able to read the drawings & execute the works on site
    3. Basic knowledge of engineering designs.
    4. Good knowledge of Steel structures, Pre-engineered building technical detailing & construction
    5. Good knowledge of Contouring, Quantity Survey & Cost Estimation
    6. Good knowledge of Civil & Bldg. maintenance.
    7. Good knowledge of utilizing level measurement instruments like Dumpy level, total station etc.
    8. Good knowledge of Fabrication.
    9. Good knowledge of Safety & Safe working practices, Safety trainings to Workmen s.
    10. Good knowledge of Project Management, Preparing & monitoring Schedules.
    11. Basic knowledge of Utilities & services like piping, Fabrication, Gantry works etc.
    12. Prepare / evaluate Tenders, Item Rates, drawings
    13. Manage deputations & Execution of project at various plants / Project sites.
    14. Knowledge for reading the drawings, suggest corrections, as built measurements, bill certification & documentation
    15. Follow & comply with Civil manual & Audit requirements
