Description Costing and POC Accounting Complete responsibility of projectaccounting and cost tracking Reviewing Project EAC withoperation team and determining revenue recognition for system shipments Monitoring project WIP , unbilledassets and other parameters related to POC accounting Review Project Cash flows POC accounting for projects as perIND - AS Backlog scrutiny , review of old nonmoving orders Perform quarterly E&O analysisand review any potential risk - Co - ordinating with BU on E&O write off Accounting & month end closingrelated activities Monthly revenue recognition for nonPOC projects as per US - Gaap Finalising Cash sales and E&Creversals for monthly revenue reporting Finalizing month end provisions , Prepaid expense etc. Finalise P&L and varianceanalysis review with Finance head after month close Review month end intercoreconciliation Budget , Monthly POR (Forecast) ownership Finalise booking , Sales POR with BUteam Finalise GP , SGA and OP inco - ordination with operation head , BU head and finance head Finalise working capital andstatistical numbers Ensuring the correct GST is levied onall sales transactions Identify trends of BTS , Backlogconversion , GC trends and identify risks in advance for Sales/GP/OP Participate inBU POR call , answer questions appropriately when needed Support finance team in uploadinginformation in HFM , answer queries from AP BU and AP HQ Finance teamrelated to Actuals , POR , Budgets Variance analysis of actualsresults vs POR , Actual Vs budget etc with appropriate justifications Identify potential risks for sales , GP and OP proactively and work with operation team and BU head Update POR / Budget templates intimely manner Provide proactive informationanalysis for appropriate management decisions Other activities Preparationof Bu reviews / Mid year reviews / Visits Monthly reports BU related submissionsPG / KOB reporting Supporting Finance team on variousother accounting related requirements as and when needed Working on various Emerson audits /internal audits etc as and when needed.
