Job Description

    Development and execution of marketing programs and campaigns for products and market segments. This individual will be engaging with internal team members, agencies, quality, and schedule. The Marcom Specialist interfaces, collaborates, and is a critical member of marketing team.The ideal candidate should have science-academic background and experience in working for a large global organization, possesses strong communication skills, is a strong teammate, and has a magical experience of branding, marketing communications and event management experience.The successful candidate is required to work from a local Mumbai office with the ability to travel. Key Responsibilities
    • Excellence in crafting and production of scientific marketing collaterals to aid company s marketing programs
    • Build original, accurate, clear, and concise copy for content, in marketing materials for effective communication
    • Build relevant reports on marketing programs, including post-event reports, regular status reports, and analysis
    • Identify, develop and implement an effective campaign design to meet regional marcom key performance indicators
    • Adapts and deploys multi-tactic campaigns to achieve program objectives defined by the Marketing Program Manager and documents planning, timing and results for the campaigns
    • Runs the development and delivery of all campaign elements such as eDM, landing pages, multi-media, media, web pages, key sales collateral (brochures, flyer), tradeshows, face-to-face events, and campaign announcements
    • Responsible for choosing tactic mix, identifying customer target group and setting communications strategy. Supports in the development of the program brief.
    • Adheres to company brand and messaging standards by ensuring campaign results meet brand standards and comply to approval/quality assurance reviews prior to release
    • Provide key marcom metrics and insights in partnership with product Marketing Managers during quarterly marketing planning/review meetings.
    • Provide monthly and quarterly metrics and analytics regarding campaign efficiency
    • Collaborate with internal clients and team members such as Product Marketing, Global and Regional Marketing Program teams, Regional sales and external partners to facilitate quality and timely delivery of projects
    Key Requirements:
    • 3-5 years of marketing and/or marketing communications experience
    • University degree/PG in Science with an additional specialization in Marketing, Marketing Communications, and/or Business Degree
    • Excellent ability to prioritize multiple projects that are time oriented, handle interruptions, and to be flexible with changing tasks
    • Strong project management and interpersonal skills
    • Outstanding English written and verbal skills
    • Previous experience to work as part of a virtual global distributed team and organization
    • Computer literate and proficient in utilization of Microsoft Office applications, translation technologies, content management systems and other enterprise solutions
