Job Responsibilities: Understand the consumer journey cycle management - New user on boarding , retention , repeat purchase , usage frequency & devise an engagement plan across all platforms. Good analytical insights into customer usage patterns to sharpen engagement & increase usage frequency. Analyze consumer data , evaluate opportunities , understand potential user segment & come with plans to improve on consumer engagement & usage pattern , keep retention levels high using various communication channels. Lead & set up the consumer engagement function 3 years of experience in Online Marketing and Mobile App Marketing. At least 1 year experience in Marketing automation Knowledge of IBM s IMC / Clevertap / Webengage / Smartech and similar tools for Customer Relationship Management. Proven excellence in customer acquisition and concepts of all facets of Email Marketing , SMS marketing , push notifications and other modes of reaching customers. Understanding of digital engagement , PPC , SEM campaign management , planning and retention with experience in retail , banks and travel industry,
