Job Description

    • Processing of paymentsEnsuring timely processing of monthly pay outs, boosters and other contests
    • Intimation of payment statements, commission working to channels
    • Tracking monitoring of invoices received from DSAs against payments made
    • CEN-GST CreditCo-ordinating with regional sales team and DSAs to collect GST invoices
    • Ensuring the procured invoices are GST compliant and as per Banks requirement
    • Get timely reports from pay out team on CEN-GST credit received by the Bank
    • DSA reviewMonthly review of the channel sourcing and compliance
    • Review of all empanelled DSAs as per the outsourcing policy guidelines of the Bank
    • Ensuring TRAI and other regulatory compliance of empaneled DSAs
    • Contests and PromotionsIdentifying market potential and allocating targets to DSAs
    • Rolling out contest and boosters as per the regional requirements to ensure top line growth in various festive seasonsDesigning of model segment and IRR based pay out structure for various channels and markets
