Job Description

    Property Consultant Responsibilities and Duties:
    • Assist clients to make a property purchase decision
    • Analyzing market trends and demographics to identify profitable areas
    • Consult with clients and identify their needs, financial concern, and preferences
    • Maintain an extensive database of all properties for resale
    • Develop strategies to increase the value of properties for clients looking to sell
    • Conduct negotiations with owners on behalf of clients
    • Communicate with legal counsel to prepare agreement documents
    • Actively participate in projects, manage a team and make sure the deadlines are met
    • Need to enhance the property value
    • Develop and maintain an effective productive relationship with legal professionals and also other consultants
    • Remain updated about new legislation and government policies
    • Meeting with brokers, property/listing collection from brokers, identifying owners and collecting owner listing, maintaining good relations with brokers
    • Should be fluent in English, Hindi & Marathi.
    Property Consultant Skills and Qualification:
    • Bachelor /Masters degree in business administration, real estate, or related field
    • Must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in residential real estate property management
    • An in-depth understanding of real estate value will be helpful
    • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
    • Great networking skills to interact with a large number of people
    • High level of analytical and quantitative skill
    • Punctual, reliable and must have strong communication skills
    • Strong verbal and oral communication skills
    • Self-motivated and strong analytical skills
    • Attention to detail, prioritization skills, and time management
    • Maintain a strong relation
