We also have a flexible working process where, subject to business needs, all colleagues globally are able to request work patterns to reflect their personal circumstances These requests will be reviewed and agreed for a period of time i.e., will have a start and end date.Please discuss the detail of the working pattern options for the role with the hiring manager.Introduction:This is an AVP role within India Domestic Operations to provide operational support to CB, PB and IB clientsWhat will you be doing The core activities/responsibilities for this function are mentioned below To provide subject matter & functional support to the Business for On-boarding, KYC refresh, Reference Data maintenance and regulatory requirements Fair knowledge of global diligence requirements including source of wealth, FATCA / CRS, CKYC regulation Ensure BAU is performed as per the SLA and in controlled manner to avoid any errors or audit observations Work with the team on daily work allocation, prioritization of records & Adhoc activities to avoid delays or escalations Ensure implementation timely implementation of regulatory requirements and/or process changes through a very tight and efficient Change management control Timely escalate any break in processes or controls Support accurate and timely submission of applicable regulators reports Support product/Business management team in setting up any new operational processes for new products. Recommend, Develop and Implement scalable solutions to drive process efficiencies & automation Proactive identification of gaps in adherence of the Group CDD procedures and local process requirements and escalating it to the appropriate Senior Management forums or key stakeholders. Raising ORAC for risk events and issue details identified within the CDD team and tracking them for closure Drive Mind-set and People agenda (Skill matrix, cross training, citizenship, Colleague engagement forum) Explore automation scope and work in partnership with technology and other stakeholders for delivery and implementation Preparing decks with relevant and meaningful updates for multiple senior management forums/calls Closely work with Ops Rigour to implement strong controls in process, timely completion of all required submissions to CCO and periodic snap check of Ops areas Monitor and improve performance of team & Organize workflow/set priorities/monitor activity/ensure timely completion of work Ensuring and Adherence to Risk Management and Control framework and AML guidelinesProvide guidance and training to the KYC Onboarding and Ongoing Review teams. Strong time management skills to complete complex, business critical tasks and ensuring the Team meets all target SLA s, and providing a quick and efficient service to Clients. Ensure compliance with Internal standards and guidelines & regulatory compliance Take responsibility for maintaining a high standard of accurate, up-to date client information during all stages of the Client relationship Strong problem solving and team management skills Excellent communication skills to interact professionally and, supporting the Relationship Team in delivering excellent Client service. High level of attention to detail to complete tasks right first time Assist in the management of the enhanced due diligence requests. Preparing and circulating various MIS to stakeholders, followup for resolution of any deviations/deferrals. Participating in various activities planned for version upgrade of core banking systemWhat we re looking for:The ideal candidate should have an excellent command of the English language with strong written and oral communication skills and an ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the business. A very strong understanding on elements of Know Your client (KYC) and PMLA guidelines. Solid analytical skills with ability to prepare reports/resolve problems Operate effectively in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines, and can prioritize one s own work to achieve them Proven track record in Client Due Diligence, Business Process Design and AnalysisSkills that will help you in the role:Post Graduate and any specific accreditation in KYC/AML/Risk and Controls etc. Experience in Client on-boarding role Business Skills: Including deliver solutions and decision making Personal & Interpersonal Skills: Including communication & influence and collaboration Knowledge of RBI regulations pertaining AML,KYCand Account opening Understanding of operating advanced excel tools,
