Roles & ResponsibilitiesProduct Support a) Supporting Sales team on Individual Health products and assisting them with enablers to grow the business.b) Supporting Sales team on Individual Health products with identification of white spaces and growth levers.c) Supporting sales team with product knowledge and business process inputs .d) Supporting the risk management team to frame guidelines that ensure improvement in business quality and quantitye) Regular product related reporting to business and internal stakeholders.Product Managementa) Project Management of various initiatives involving Individual Health and ensuring timely implementationb) Reviewing of system document and suggest modifications c) Maintaining and publishing the dashboard for all ongoing projects and initiatives and ensuring go live before the milestone date.d) Analyze end to end journey of Individual Health and suggest mitigation required to grow the business. Product Development a) Project manage in developing and managing products from an idea level to system development and successful deployment.b) Relook and define processes to improve customer on boarding experience.C) Propose new innovative product features and ideasCandidate Requirementa) MBA / Post Graduate with 8-10 years of experience in individual health product preferably from Insurance/BFSI domain.b) Strong financial products process and regulation knowledgec) Business Perspective / Strategic Thinking d) Project Management capabilities and Problem Solving e) Creativity & Innovation,
