Job Description

    Responsibilities:- Shadow P&L responsibility for the Channel across all geographies- Responsible for building Channel product offerings for SI, Consulting, ISV, reseller, and Agency Partnerships- Build and execute channel strategies by segment and geography, creating and presenting sales plans, setting milestones, measuring performance, and being accountable for results- Define mutual goals and objectives and build awareness and support of the overall strategic benefits of the alliance- Develop business plans with each Partner and ensure their successful execution- Review sales play metrics/effectiveness on a recurring basis with Partners and maintain pipeline and dashboards for Executive Leadership on the effectiveness of these programs- Lead assessments of business pursuits, RFPs analysis, and proposal reviews with Partners- Strong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to obtain results in an organization that he/she does not control- Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues with Partners- Grow a team over time to support strategic external Partnerships and the core sources of revenue for our business- Drive a culture based on teamwork and collaboration with accountability Requirements:- 8+ years in a Channel Sales or Channel Management role- Extensive industry network with 5+ years of SaaS-based solutions Partner Channel Sales experience- Advanced knowledge of partnership evaluation techniques including cost-benefit analysis, pricing methodology, and risk analysis- Proven ability to build, lead, and execute strategy in a cross-functional environment- Strong tolerance for ambiguity; able to focus and execute in a changing environment- Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and project management skills- Experience producing measurable results of influenced revenue or channel sales- Executive presence to lead and manage the most strategic Global Partnerships- Strong executive selling and business development skills- Understanding of service offering creation, marketing, lead generation, and professional services organization key performance indicatorsEducation- BA/BS Degree in a highly analytical field- MS/MBA a plusAdditional InformationLife in Company: We take transparency very seriously.
