Job Description

Key Responsibility Areas:

  1. Assessing, analysing and evaluating the clients PnL, credit data and financial statements (for Real Estate Industry or Non-Real Estate Industry).2. Deal Evaluation in the Real Estate industry or Non Real Estate Industry.3. Evaluate the degree of risks involved in lending to the particular clients.4. Analyse the clients credit profile to determine the creditworthiness.5. Presentation for client pitch.6. Completing ratio, trend and cash flows analyses and creating projections.7. Financial modelling.8. Carefully analyze data and produce clear and objective reports.9. Routinely monitor loans for compliance.10. Adhere to credit policy and guidelines.11. Monitor corporate portfolio asset quality on an ongoing basis.12. Draft models of credit information that predict trends and patterns.13. Update Daily Monitoring Report for all the deals.
