Job Description

    Role : AVP / Senior Manager - Campus Hiring Leader - Global MNC Location : Gurgaon / Mumbai Job Summary: - The role is part of the Talent Acquisition team and will be to lead the Campus Recruitment Program across IndiaThis Individual would be the one-stop shop for all E school , B schools related hiring and engagement initiatives in India. The Individual will also be responsible for:- Provide strategic guidance, enablement, thought leadership and operational assistance to the Campus recruitment and Engagement team.- Build and maintain relationships with campuses- Optimize teams abilities to achieve delivery, quality, diversity and costs targets for recruitment.- Lead compliance and control of all recruitment activities and processesKey Responsibilities:- Creating campus hiring strategy from E schools & B Schools across India working closely with the Business leadership team- Planning and executing the campus delivery cycle end to end- Creating engagement and branding strategy for E schools & B schools- Work with Recruitment marketing team on external branding and candidate experience, collaborate with business, HR and Recruitment leadership to meet overall business objectives- Managing the financial budgets and delivering initiatives- Identifying areas of opportunity and shaping actions to address them, where needed- Ensure one Accenture face to the Campus and maintain up to date market knowledge and expertise in various geographical recruitment trends and practices, providing guidance and support as needed- Drive cost optimization by employing appropriate strategies- Work closely with the India Operations lead to understand the hiring forecast,
