Roles and Responsibilities

  • Need excellent Experience in Solution Architect role
  • This will be for S&P (software and Platform domain) & solutioning for skills like Content Moderation and Trust and Safety
Domain experience is not a mandate but the candidate should mandatorily carry good experience in below **** Should be good with Excel Modelling **** Should have financial Acumen **** Should know how BPO financials work **** Excel Modelling Should be good at figuring out numbers **** Should understand what is UCR, LCR ****Should understand BPO commercials

Solution Architect will be part of the Solution Innovation team and will join Sales and Opportunity teamto understand client expectations, market & industry dynamics, to architecture solution which willleverage the best and the greatest of offering & assets and to shape value proposalBusiness Outcome led.Solution Architect will be judged around the following main points: SA has a seat at the at the table of our Clients SA knows the BPO market and competition and can build differentiated solutions SA understands our vision for Operations and can integrate full spectrum of assets intoSolutions SA can confidently articulate the future of Operations and the journey roadmap for the strategy SA can build a Client journey to As-A-Service and the Operations model of the Future SA can understand the competitive landscape and know how the competition will position their solutionSA will join the global network with S&P Capability leads, Offering leads, analytics team, BusinessAdvisors.He / She will need to build strong network within Sales & Account team.He / She will execute strategy by driving innovation and rotating our business to the New.He / She will drive innovation into software & Platform domain shifting the client from traditional toDigital transformation.Key Responsibilities: Ability to have a seat at the table with the client Ability to shape a C-level value proposal, highly differentiative and compelling proposal fitting to client expectations and addressing client challenged Ability to drive true solution differentiation through automation, analytics, liquid, cloud,technology stack, As a Service, etc Ability to define indicative Business Case at early stage of the Sales process with minimal data and guidance Ability to understand the competitive landscape and how the competition will position their solution Ability to confidently articulate the future of Operations and the journey roadmap for the strategy Think out of the box / Forward Thinking Move out of its comfort zone to try new things and drive innovation Ability to manage complex deal, complex situation Ability to negotiate with multiple stakeholders, drive consensus, take difficult decision when required Can stand up and be pro-active Analytics knowledge Automation knowledge (nice to have)Functional domain Expertise: Content Moderation / Trust & Safety ,
