Job Description

IPB corporate actions & Class actions team is responsible for : Managing the entire life cycle of Corporate Action which includes mandatory, Voluntary & Choice. Managing the entire life cycle for Class actionsKEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage operations with minimal or no supervision.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of operational procedures.
  • Understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all Risk and Control regulations.
  • Identify, evaluate and deliver process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure that documentation is maintained up to date.
  • Monitoring and chasing queries to ensure timely completion based on deadlines/urgency/escalations.
  • Taking process trainings for new joiners.
