Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities - Lead a team of Developers & other IT Professionals and coach them - Identify open positions, interview & select the right candidate for the position - Develop and manage IT product certifications from beginning to end, including PRD/BRD, hardware procurement, resource allocation, testing, application support and issue and risk analysis. - Provide end to end product management and ensure the PRD/BRD has clear scope, timelines and escalation paths.- Manage product features. Influence clients, vendors, business development & cross-functional team priorities. Work with CXOs and key stake holders to define/clarify features, roadmap priority, customer experience (CX), user experience (UX), compliance, accessibility, and other requirements. - Drives feature discussions with BD & cross-functional and all other related functions - Understands technologies within product area. Can articulate technology requirements for a feature/API (e.g., performance, latency). Asks the right technical questions; can identify risks in technology design choices. - Optimizes roadmap intake (e.g., features, bugs, etc.) and improve end-user customer experience. QUALIFICATION & SKILL SET - 6-10 years of experience in Product Development, solution architect, design & Architecture in the IT industry, computer software, Market research, consumer product industry.- Experience managing conflict, escalations, negotiating compromise and influencing others and problem solving. - Strong oral and written communication skills. - Proficiency with MS Project, excel and SharePoint. - Very good understanding of the tools of the trade, including a variety of modern programming paradigms (E.g., Java-8, Rest APIs, Spark, HTML-CSS, Microservices, Python, Angular/React, No-SQL (Cassandra, ES, MySQL, PostgreSQL etc.) and SQL databases), and project/process management tools. - 2+ years of experience working in code directly - 2+ years of product management experience - Experience with AGILE, SCRUM and Sprints - Experience taking a product from conception to production. - Bachelors Degree (BE/B.Tech/BCA/MCA) from reputed university.TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED- Java-8, Rest APIs, Spark, HTML-CSS, Microservices, Python, React Native, React JS, Angular/React, No-SQL (Cassandra, ES, MySQL, PostgreSQL etc.) and SQL databases), and project/process management tools.- AGILE, SCRUM and Sprints,
