Job Description

  • Back Office Executive
JOB LOCATION: AndheriSHIFT TIMING: 7.30PM to 5:00AMCTC/SALARY: As per industry standardsQUALIFICATIONS: Graduation, or diploma or specialized course in computers.EXPERIENCE: Min 1 yr / FreshersROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Will be required to enter incoming purchase orders/faxes into pre-defined excel sheets or web forms across remote desktops.
  • Will be required to maintain accurate reports of work done.
  • Might also be required to enter product details from printed catalogs into excel sheets or web forms
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Knowledge of MS word, MS excel and MS office including internet explorer.
  • Good Typing speeds.
  • Written communication skills will be part of the requirement. Good verbal communication skills are an added advantage.
  • Customer Service Executive (Email & Chat Process)
EDUCATION:GraduateSALARY:25k - 30kWORKDAYS:Monday to FridaySHIFT TIME:7:30 PM to 5:30 AMROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Will be required to take over existing customer relationships and manage the completecustomer service role in the Europe shift.Has to be proficient in verbal and written English communications.Should have experience of dealing with clients on the phone and by email. Will be required to take incoming calls and resolve queries of existing clients and othercallers.Will have the responsibility of maintaining daily logs of calls received, made, queriesresolved.Will be expected to learn nuances of the supplier and distributor art business and workwith clients in demos, trial setups, regular follow-ups and escalation. The role is a pure customer service & management role.Will have to learn the work procedure of the art clients which includes, resolving the issuesof the artwork, generating mails, replying to the customer.He/She should be capable of handling multiple customers on a day-to-day basis. Shouldkeep co-ordination with the colleaguesOne of the reputed IT Company.
