  1. Handling 100-120 calls on a daily basis (inbound & outbound both)
  2. Adhering to timelines and maintaining discipline on the floor
  3. Responsible for servicing customers over phone on various products and services offered by the Private Bank
  4. Maintaining good service levels and cross sell bank products via call
  5. To call the customer regarding Credit Card, Home Loan, Personal Loan, Insurance etc and tell them the details for the same.
  6. Sending report to the reporting manager and other senior officials regarding your day to day work on the daily basis.
