Job Description

    • 1 - 3 years of Experience
    • Should be able to mix and serve beverages from a bar which is limited to a few varieties and brands of liquor, soda, beer, and wine.
    • Should have knowledge of the correct proportions and mixtures touse in preparing beverages according to name request from patrons or cocktail attendants.
    • Resolve the problem or seek assistance if needed.
    • Should be able to handle Stock / Inventory as required for Bar.
    • Generate bills according to orders and operate POS for bill collection
    • Order and replenish supplies at the drinks bar
    • Maintain the bar, service area in a neat, clean, Sanitized and organized condition
    • Maintain productive relationships with Guest and enhance clientele.
    • Job Location Mumbai.
