Job Description

    Dear Candidate,Greetings from Aarvi Encon Limited !We are an ISO certified Consulting Engineers located in Mumbai and catering to major MNC and EPC in Oil & Gas, Refineries, Chemical, Petrochemical and Heavy Industries by providing Design and Engineering Services in India and Overseas.Skills Required
    1. Fair knowledge of Linkedin, Gmail.
    2. Good in communication and fair command over English and Hindi.
    3. Good Exposure in cold calling
    Job Profile
    1. Check project news on the net and dig out more information.
    2. Find out leads on Linkedin and websites (Will be trained by reporting Manager)
    3. Cold calling leads and introducing services. (followed with a second level call by the reporting manager to those interested) - Target 15 - 20 /day. interactive calls.
    4. Note down important points during conversation and make a record.
    5. Weekly follow-up with those interested and qualified for second level.
    6. Sending mailers to prospects - Target 25-30 mails/day
    7. Target will be given to generateat least 3 second-level touchpoints a week.
    8. Fix up meetings.
