As a Business Development Manager for E&A, you will work on the implementation of business development plan, which includes prospecting, lead generation and qualification, making company presentations, drawing up commercial proposals, identifying and working on tender bids and relationship management among other tasks.LOCATION: MumbaiKEY RESPONSIBILITIES include:Identify business opportunities and prepare a planPitch products and/or servicesMaintain fruitful relationships with existing customersProspectingResearch organizations and individuals to identify new leads and new business opportunitiesResearch the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about hiring agenciesContact potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetingsAttend conferences, meetings, and industry eventsProvide inputs for budgeting of cost with respect to business development on various below the line (BTL) initiatives.Submit proposal based on scope of workNegotiate the terms of an agreement and close dealsMarketing the FirmDevelop / update sales & marketing literature to showcase the capabilities, portfolio of the company Adapt marketing presentation based on industry and market study to proactively address client requirementWork on generating good PR for the agency to build visibility Track and drive participation of the agency across various awards & contests that help the firm gain recognitionKeeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans and monthly performance reports.
