Target Driven Ability to develop long term relationship with clients Very good knowledge of the local market/ clients which would assist in closing New business. Good communication skills both verbal & written to work with Local & Global teams in meeting client expectations Create, Maintain and Work on pipeline of accounts which would help meet budgets. Ability to take challenges and pressure of monthly performance measurements Develop strong internal communication systems to give feedback to Customer Services/ Operations on client complaints. Followup with clients on outstandings. Meet the organizations/ target expectation on minimum number of sales calls Actively participate in Weekly Sales meetings/ India review calls/ Pipeline review meetings with Trade Lane and Vertical Leads. Good knowledge of MS office which would assist in monthly reporting.,
