Job Tittle : Legal AdvisorLocation :BKC , MumbaiResponsibility:1. LEGAL DRAFTING: Drafting of legal documents, such as MOUs, NDAs, Engagement letters, Sale/Lease deed agreements, LOIs, POAs etc. based on the parameters defined by the Directors.2. ATTENDING COURT PROCEEDINGS: Attending various court proceedings at Sessions court/Court of a Metropolitan Magistrate/High Court/Supreme Court/NCLT or others, as directed by the Directors.3. FIXING MEETINGS WITH LEGAL COUNSELS: Arranging conferences with Advocates and fixing meetings with them, in addition to briefing the cases to the Senior Counsels, as directed by the Directors.4. RESEARCH: Extracting all the relevant case laws related to specific cases outlined by the Directors and other useful legal materials either at own or on the instructions received by the Directors.5. OTHERS: Handling all legal works related to the Labour laws or others as assigned by the Directors from time to time.6. Registrar of companies & SEBI compliance on behalf of company.
