Job Description

    The main focus of position BOD Lead - Fire Detection & Suppression is to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on major projects of all the verticals i.e., commercials, industrial, healthcare, Infra & smart city. Shall focus to support solutions related to Fire suppression i.e., Gas/water based system. Strong understanding on Fire Protection systems such as water/Gas based suppression systems, Water Mist, Hydrants, Form, and CO2. How you will do it
    1. Be the product / solutions expert for Fire suppression. Assist in providing the best system solutions for current and prospective customers.
    2. Demonstrate a high-level of knowledge of products (JCI and competitors), market conditions and direction, environment (external influences of industry organizations and governmental regulations), and technologies and their effect to the business.
    3. Explore and evaluate external market, customers, competitive, product including Strength, Weakness and Market intelligence.
    4. Experienced at working with contractors and understanding of all associated design processes and documentation requirements.
    5. POC, drafting specification and solution session with customers and consultants
    6. Understanding of Fire technical standards (system design codes along with industry relevant standards), knowledge from within the Fire world Design Standards knowledge.
    7. Participate in training sessions, meetings, skill building, and professional development classes.
    8. He would be responsible for complete alignment between Presales & Sales.
    What we look for Required
    1. We look for a graduate in the field of engineering with 10-12 years of experience with fire safety certification (preferred)
    2. He shall have a proven track records of deep understanding of Fire system
    3. Understanding of Fire & Safety system culture/challenges and unique mission-critical requirements.
    4. Shall have excellent communication skills both written and spoken English.
    5. Shall be a go-getter, self-motivated individual.
    6. Shall have exposure to technical documentation and tender submission processes
    7. Shall be technically well adverse with the above-mentioned system and able to understand engineering drawings.
    8. Shall have excellent Presentation skills is a must, Preparing PPT s and fluent working on MS Excel will be added advantage
