Job Description

  • Organisation
A worldwide marketing organisation in luxury retail with operations across multiple countries
  • Role
Influence opinion and behavior through Integrated marketing efforts Researching and reporting:
  1. Staying on top of brand performance & suggesting corrective measures required to align with brand requirements
  2. Tapping into emerging digital & mainline opportunities for the brands
  3. Initiating annual reviews, campaign reviews in a timely way to evaluate & analyse performance for the brand
Leading and managing:
  1. Asset & brand health analysis with marketing manager
  2. Implementation of marketing programs for both brands in sync with the strategy aid in creative development & putting together promotion plan and lead implementation across media post approval from marketing manager.
  3. Brief, liaise, evaluate and share feedback with agency on creative & content development for Digital & offline media
  4. Create amplification & support plans for programs/ initiatives that are largely ATL led.
  5. Documentation and budget management for entire portfolio
Planning and organizing:
  1. Content, media, digital and campaign management calendar with agencies
  2. Team - agency meetings, agenda setting and feedback sessions
  3. Briefs to agencies
Coordination and compliance :
  1. Ensuring adherence to processes with agencies and internal teams
  2. Ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and requirements brand custodian
  3. Working with agencies/teams to meet timelines and delivery
  • Candidate
  1. 2-5 years in Brand Management with a reputed organisation - preferably in an agency
  2. MBA in Marketing
  3. Worked at a full service digital or mainline agency in creative & servicing capacity
  4. Has worked with creative teams in any earlier role
  5. Experience with handling brands from lifestyle, high end youth fashion, luxury Young, Auto Young, Technology - Phones industry
