Job Description

    We have urgent requirements in MNC insurance Companies forManaging Partner / Channel Development ManagerCTC: Upto 12 LacLocation: Boisar /Borivali /Modasa /Ahmedabad / Boroda / Mumbai / Thane / Bhopal / Bangalore / Chennai / Kolkatta / Jaipur / Bilaspur / Vishakapatnam.Job Profile:* Recruiting1. Organize and run recruitment events for APs and LAs2. Is an expert in the recruitment processes, and is able to identify the prospective LA and* Planning and Goal Setting1. Conducts review discussions/wakeup meetings as and when required2.Plan goals & performance needs for APsin a periodic manner3. Is expected to be an expert in the sales process, and conduct mechanisms to build same with his team- through periodic on floor coaching.4. Own the operational aspects of coding of an a new AP and other day to day interactions with support functions whenever required* Developing and Coaching1. Can successfully run Train -Audit- Retrain cycle on skills of APs2. Selection to on boarding of the APs and responsible for APs income3. Help whenever needed in prospecting/suspecting activity in the field4. Operate as a products subject matter expert 5. Attend joint field work activity6.
