Job Description

Main Duties and Functions

  • Carrying out consumer and market research in order to keep up to date with consumer trends, as well as anticipate future consumer trends.
  • Communicate our brand personality internally and align company around foundational ideas.
  • Design a research-based brand strategy and manage marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers expectations and to build the credibility of brand. should be good at coursecorrection if required.

Managing budgets Organising events such as product launches, exhibitions and photo shootsDesired Candidate: Good analytical skills, attention to details and adeptness at budget management and an exhaustive understanding of the product An understanding of trends and an ability to respond to customers wishes Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas Team working skills The ability to manage and allocate budgets Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with and an understanding of market research Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time An ability to think strategically and come up with campaignsExperience Needed (Professional): 5-6 Years experience in working on marketing in upcoming millennial FMCG brands. Should have a strong experience working with digital arenas.Education: BMS, BMM or other marketing related specialization; MBA or other relevant post graduate degree is a plus.Budget: 20 Lacs p.a.
