While Games24x7 continues to invest aggressively in its India centric mobile games, it is also diversifying its business by investing in international gaming and other tech opportunitiesPosition/Role Description :The Brand Manager will be part of the Marketing Acquisition Team for PlayCircle and will play a critical role in devising the overall creative and communication strategy for driving new user acquisitions. It is an IC role that demands the candidate to understand the product, market, and target group and build the brand strategy from scratch.In todays hyper-personalized world where users attention span is getting shorter every day, the candidate is expected to think and implement disruptive and innovative creative ideas in order to acquire a playerBrand Manager will work with cross-functional teams to come up with the Communication Strategy and eventually the implementation of ideas producing Digital creative assets. Brand Manager would also work with external agencies on creative input for other media campaigns like: print, radio, and television.General Accountabilities/Job Responsibilities :- BM would be responsible for building Brand Strategy along with implementation and delivery of creative assets working with the Digital Marketing team and other creatives teams.- Creative delivery will include digital asset creation like Brand Films, Digital Videos, Digital Banners, Facebook Ads, animated videos, Twitter Ads, Website Banners, Landing Pages, Emails, SMS Campaigns, Mobile Notifications, etc.- BM will write briefs for internal teams/agencies for creative communication and design output by visualizing communication/positioning routes.- Regular interfacing with Digital Marketing, Product teams to align business objectives, consumer value proposition, customer journey, on-platform, and external communication.- Brief & work with the internal creative team and external creative agencies to draw up a communication plan - insight, value prop, RTBs, campaign idea & execution ideas. Evaluate ideas, copy & design.- Drive asset production all sorts of BAU and other campaigns. Evaluate asset quality and enable the team to churn out superior quality assets.- BM will be responsible to provide the final creative output of the creative asset while working with the design team that includes the design manager, graphic designer, and web-developers and external creative agenciesJob Specifications :- 4+ years of experience in planning and executing Creative and Comms for Digital campaigns- Demonstrate creativity and immersion in Brand and Marketing Communication- Demonstrate a competent level of media understanding- Ability to synthesize data, make data-driven decisions, and balance that with the art of communication and media strategy- Proven experience building out and implementing channel and tactical-level testing frameworks- Experience working with/interpreting various marketing attribution models- Self-motivated, strong collaborator, excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills, ability to organize information in a high-level way to communicate key points to partners and internal stakeholdersJob Location: Mumbai,
