Job Description

Principal Duties/Responsibilities

  • To ensure that all parameters of performance in terms of SLAs are met.
  • Work closely with onshore centres and offices and team to ensure effective delivery of client service to WTW clients
  • Process all activities with high levels of accuracy
  • Prioritize and organize work on a daily basis according to business requirement.
  • To maintain good Attendance and Punctuality records for teams.
  • To develop excellent knowledge of various sub processes in BU.
  • To develop excellent understanding and system knowledge of COD/EPIC
