We have an opening for a Building/Admin Manager:--This is for a commercial building. - He must have good communication in English written & spoken both as he will be communication with Multi National Companies. -Hindi is required, if he also knows Marathi it is preferred. -Should be well versed with computers, emails, microsoft office, word, excel. -Only Male Candidate -Should have 5 years experience and age above 30 years. -Should be presentable and be able to conduct meetings. -Salary: 30,000-35,000 per month Job Profile: -Incharge of Maintenance of building (Basic interior, plumbing, electrical, etc) -Incharge of Housekeeping Department, Security Team & Parking Team. -Should be able to act as a liason between clients and owners of the building. -Should be able to communicate with vendors and get work done. -Should have prior experience as a building manager or an admin manager. -Should be able to handle basic sales and marketing of office premises.Salary 2 Lac 50 Thousand To 4 Lac 50 Thousand P.A.
