Job Description

    - Independently delivering retail property projects on time, to budget and to the required standard.- Managing suppliers, designers and fit-out contractors.- Coordinating with internal stakeholders like information technology, marketing, procurement and business development teams to ensure adherence to brand standards and store opening schedule.- Ensuring proposals, plans, layouts and finished property meet the requirements of the designers and brand. - Overseeing the tender, drawings, BOQ and estimates. - Resolving site related queries.- Manage renovations and redesigns of current stores and projects.Requirements:- Should have a total of 5 years of experience in architectural and interior designing and site supervision- Should have a minimum of 5 years retail fit-out experience- Must have a Bachelors degree in an engineering subject (preferably architecture) from an accredited university- Knowledge of, and/or previous experience with, local relevant processes and procedures (landlords, municipalities, food control, drainage, etc.)- Professional body membership.- Should have excellent multi-tasking skills and verbal and written Communication Skills.,
